Doyle Brunson, seen here in his usual cowboy hat, is considered by many to be the godfather of poker. Doyle was playing poker for a living decades ago before most people even knew what the game was. And with 10 WSOP bracelets and millions of dollars in tournament and cash game winnings, he knows how to play pretty well.
Doyle has said in a TV commercial, “We don’t stop playing because we get old – we get old because we stop playing.”
Now, the 76 year old is looking for poker players to represent his poker site, Doyle’s Room. 6 players have already been chosen, and Doyle is looking for a 7th representative. There are four pros up for nomination: Michael “martine23” Martin, Faraz “The-Toilet” Jaka, Dan “djk123” Kelly, and finally, David “Doc Sands” Sands.
